Whatever you are feeling, whatever you are thinking, whatever you are believing, deep down inside, is what you are reflecting.  The interaction of the opposites (light and dark and all seemingly opposing pairs) plays out in all of  us, so if we want to live happy, fulfilling lives in which we reach our Highest Potential, we must learn to balance, harness and master the polarities we experience, finding the beauty in them - ultimately, for the purpose of unifying them within our perception and within our own Being.
