CREATIVITY
Creativity is to fulfillment as our Life Blood is to our physical bodies. It is an instinct that is inherent in each one of us, in the same way that our survival instinct is as natural as our breath. The only difference is that our culture has groomed and fed our survival instinct every moment of our lives, while our creative instinct has not only been starved to death for the most part, but even beaten down in some cases! Join me over the next few weeks and learn how your own creative instincts may have been stifled, how that stifling has impacted your ability to know fulfillment in your life and how you can transcend old limiting beliefs about your potential, soaring into higher realms of potentiality that you have ever imagined for yourself.

SELF LOVE
For all of the times you have heard people say, "Just love yourself and everything will be fine!" And... for all the times that you wanted to just stuff a sock in the mouths of the people who said it, these shows will bring the concept of Self Love to a simple "Coming Home". We all know that loving ourselves is a good idea, yet few of us have reference points for actually experiencing deep, unconditional love for either ourselves or others. Simple is better and more "doable", so I will do my best to decrease the seeming complexity, taking this concept from an intellectual good idea to a day-to-day awareness that is strengthened by intrinsic motivation to be ALL that you can be!

MEDITATION AND PRAYER - WHY BOTHER???
This week we will be talking about the power of meditation adn prayer and how we can use these tools to deepen our experience of both ourselves and the world around us. If you think that you cannot meditate or have seemingly not had beneficial results from your attempts at it, then this show may help you to gain a wider perspective regarding setting and achieving goals for a productive meditative practice.

HEALING CHILDHOOD WOUNDS
Each monthly discussion builds on the last. Once we understand that we are energy and we also understand the rules for how energy works and moves through the Universe and ourSelves, then we can begin the repair work that is necessary for returning to our Natural state of Divine Perfection. Over the next two months, we will be talking about the adjustments we need to make in our thinking, in our emotional reactions to our own thoughts and how those inner changes (changes in consciousness) will change the way we experience ourselves and our world. In this process, we begin to heal old patterns, perceptions and mis-understandings that have caused us to be less than we are meant to be. With a greater awareness of all of the above, we can then begin to make choices to leave the past where it belongs - in the past! - and move forward with new found courage and willingness to be ALL is possible fo r us to be. We open the door of "Pure Potentiality" and we begin to live a life that continually opens us to new potential!

TOPIC FOR JULY - ENERGY CONCEPT AND THEORY 101, PARTS 1-4
Now that we have explored the potential of what happens when we consciously begin to bring matter (form) and spirit or consciousness (formlessness) together to create a whole that is far greater than the sum of its parts, we can delve more deeply into the formless aspect of who we are. Everything is energy, including us human beings, so let us explore what this means to us in our day-to-day lives and how we can deepen and enhance the meaning and purpose we experience in all areas of our lives.
May 12, 2009 -This week we will continue our exploration of "Who are we...Really???", by gaining a deeper understanding of that of which we are made and what makes us tick. In other words, What is the substance of who we are and what is the function of who we are? In the process, we will be defining words like, holistic, healing, holy (all from the same root!), integer, integration, integrity (carrying the same meaning of whole) and science, for the purpose of synthesizing a new, integrated and whole definition of healing. Next week, we will explore how we can use all of this information to enhance the quality of our lives!
The first series of shows for the month of April (Archives) is entitled Finding the Gift in Adversity, and Debra will be talking about the chapter in her book, Joyous Becoming, where she shares her own experiences of adversity and challenge, with the intention of inspiring others to embrace every challenge as an opportunity to go deeper within themselves to find greater resources of courage, strength, love, compassion, service and yes... even Joy!

Debra Emmanuelle has always been and still is an astute student of Life. She has been actively and
consciously teaching both youth and adultssince 1977 upon receiving her B.S. degree in Education.
Since then she has completed many other trainings including: Polarity Practitioner, RYSE
Practitioner, Prepare for Surgery and Bio-Energetics among others. She is also an ordained
Minister of Peace. As both a keen observer and an avid learner, her insightful wisdom has proven to

healthier living since 1981 and actively teaching self-designed
classes and workshops in the same, in
conjunction with her private energy healing practice
since 1995. Inasmuch as she has found great value in

feels that Life itself has been her greatest teacher and
that the classes and books have served the purpose of
refining and integrating the many Life Lessons that
have come her way. Her ordination in the spring of 2006, as a Minister of Peace is an important
