What can I expect in a healing session?
We will begin the session which usually lasts approximately 1.5 hours, by talking about any issues in your life that are currently significant. I will be asking you questions that will help you to see more clearly what supports you, where you are in transition and where your next level of growth lies. With this increased awareness, along with an understanding of the multiple levels of growth that you are experiencing (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual), I will asssist you in aligning each of those levels of who you are with your Highest Potential for the highest and best resolution at each of those levels.
Once this discussion is complete, you will lay fully clothed on a comfortable body-work table (unless you choose to experience your healing session outdoors in Nature). Based on the previous discussion, I will make an outloud statement of intention that we have co-created together, setting the overall Purpose of the session. Calling on the part of you who already knows the Highest Potential and Highest Resolution of all of the issues discussed, we will align and activate this memory physically (cellular and genetic levels) and also at the emotional, mental and spiritual levels of consciousness, so that this "memory" permeates every level of your being.
This level of energy re-programming, if you will, will allow for a more complete integration of the shift in consciousness and perspective that takes place in our discussion and ultimately, this shift in consciousness gives you a new reference point for living the reality of your Highest Potential in each moment. In turn, this new reference point becomes a catalyst for raising your level of daily awareness regarding your potential for living your life in alignment with higher and higher levels of truth. This is the Essence of Spiritual Growth - the realization (re-membering) of our unity in the form of total Oneness and the key to living our lives in total Peace, Harmony and Love - no matter what is going on around us!
In addition to Intuitive, Spiritual Energy Awareness Counseling, the techniques used in each session vary depending on what is needed in the moment for optimal healing. The goal is always to restore the optimal flow of energy throughout your being so that you have daily access to higher energy levels and a higher level of awareness to support this shift. This includes strengthening your subtle energy field which directly feeds your endocrine, nervous, immune and lymphatic systems (ultimately, all body systems and functions). Generally, gentle hands-on intuitive healing combined with sound and crystal healing will ease your being back into relaxation, peace, harmony and balance that shifts your consciousness so that you are supported in holding this higher level of alignment.
DISTANCE HEALING SESSIONS Everything that we can see and even all that we cannot see is energy in motion – molecules, atoms and sub-atomic particles, invisible to the naked eye, moving at a vibration that determines the make-up of the mass (matter). Even a rock is energy in motion. Since 99% of the Universe, the Earth and our own bodies, is made up of empty space and the remaining 1% is made up of atomic particles moving at lightning speeds, then all that we see including ourselves, is not technically physical objects or matter, but fluctuations of energy and information in space. Our bodies are continuously creating new cells to the point that we replace 99% of every atom in our bodies in less than one year! Therefore, since all matter is impermanent and 99% of our existence is empty space, what is the deeper level of our existence? Within the empty spaces is light energy. According to Einstein’s theory of the Zero Interval of Light, because Light has no position in time and space, it is everywhere in space-time simultaneously. Therefore, Light at Zero Interval, requires neither the time dimension nor gravitational charge, making it unbound energy. All mass or bound energy, which has a positive interval, according to Einstein’s theory, requires both the time dimension and a gravitational charge. Since 99% of our bodies is made of this unbound light energy, we could say that we are made up primarily of a field of pure potentiality! By accessing this unbound light energy within our bodies and our consciousness, we move beyond time and space, beyond the laws of matter and physics and into metaphysics – the world of pure potentiality where anything is possible. The one part of us that does not change holds the key to the rest of us that does change, so we must learn to get in touch with this deeper, more subtle and yet very powerful reality. Aligning our conscious awareness with this unbound light energy that already makes up 99% of our being is the key to true health and happiness in the form of fulfillment. Since the basis of Esoteric Healing is working on the level of this unbound light energy of pure potentiality, there are no limitations of time and space so distance becomes irrelevant to the work. It is simply a matter of the practitioner tuning into the vibration of this light energy in the Loved One (Client), calling forth (visualizing and knowing in that moment), the highest form of the pure potentiality and facilitating the alignment of the matter (our bodies), with that unbound energy that is within and all around us (the space). At the same time the practitioner is facilitating the enhancement of the Body/Emotions/Mind/Spirit connection that makes up his/her whole being. If you have ever known someone who really was able to see the "real you", then you already know that this level of connection with anyone is life enhancing.
Although the Loved One receiving the session may be anywhere, you will receive the most benefit from the energy work if you lay quietly, alone and resting while the work is being done. A connection both before and after the session by either telephone or e-mail is helpful as a feedback exchange for the practitioner and the Loved One alike. During the session, most often the Loved One will experience deep relaxation and will likely fall asleep for at least a portion of the session. This is fine and often beneficial so I recommend setting an alarm clock to go off at the end of the designated time of the session if it has been pre-arranged to exchange feedback by phone or e-mail afterward. As it is common for the body temperature to drop during deep healing, it is a good idea to be covered with a blanket.
